I stayed here during the trip and appreciated it. Brilliant hotel, the staff were all supper friendly and pleasant and the location was amazing in very hip district. Location: the venue was close to cafe la grande boulangerie and tours / boat rides / restaurants and music venues. Stopped by Ugolek to get some coffee and treats, it's minutes from the venue, recommend👌😃

I had an amazing and relaxing 10-day stay at a cozy and clean hotel. the location was perfect, within walking distance of the Red Square and the Kremlin. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby, providing a variety of cuisines to try. I highly recommend Tchaikovsky Hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤔.

My room at the Tchaikovsky was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a large bathroom featuring a huge shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the hotel provided everything I needed. Despite being located in a central area, the room was quiet, allowing for a restful stay. The staff, especially Anton, were incredibly helpful and considerate throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is fantastic, with a few bars just down the street and a lovely café only 150 yards away. It's also very close to the city center and not far from the main street. The service and housekeeping were impeccable, and the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar. We also appreciated the in-room safe and desk, as well as the hair dryer, slippers, and free toiletries provided. The electric kettle and television were handy additions, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury.
We highly recommend this place to everyone! The staff here were friendly and accommodating, and the free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and air conditioning were great bonuses.

The hotel's elegant interiors and modern design are as harmonious as Tchaikovsky's music. I enjoyed relaxing in the lobby with a aromatic cup of coffee, while the Sheremetyevo International Airport was conveniently close.
I had the pleasure of experiencing the authentic pre-Revolutionary staircase while carrying my luggage. Truly a workout!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to all the main attractions such as Red Square, down the street. It's also close to the city centre, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the room itself was kept very clean and cozy, with a nice bathroom and excellent service. Breakfast was also satisfying, with good choices available.
The soundproofing in the room could have been better as noises from the reception and adjacent rooms could be heard clearly.

We received two complimentary gifts, which was a nice surprise. the hotel's location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. the view from our room was amazing, truly breathtaking.
The noise from the street kept us awake at night. the lack of proper window insulation didn't help either.

I had a lovely stay at this centrally located hotel. The historic staircase added charm to the experience. The room was clean and comfortable with convenient amenities like a mini fridge and kettle. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage. The hotel is just a short walk from famous attractions like the Red Square and the Bolshoi. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.

During my Easter stay, the staff were very accommodating and always willing to help. The room was clean and tidy, which made me feel comfortable. The best aspect was the location - it was easy to reach many bars and restaurants, and it was good that it was only a short distance to walk to most of the city attractions.
There were two negative points. the hotel's signage was unclear, and I had difficulty finding it.
